This is a contract position through Manpower at our Customer, Adobe Systems. You will be employed as a Manpower Contractor. Work closely with the Adobe Licensing Program Management, Sales, Customer Service and IS organizations to achieve Licensing business objectives. Manage projects and the day-to-day activities involved in production support of the Licensing tools. Define and document detailed business requirements. Support the IS organization through software configuration and review functional specifications as necessary. Communicate and negotiate business requirement tradeoffs to business stakeholders. Develop user acceptance test plans to ensure business requirements are met. Project manages and drives user acceptance testing. Develop training documentation as needed. Communicate successes and raise appropriate issues to management to ensure a successful project launch. Skills: Experience with Licensing programs is required. Experience in project or program management a must. Strong foundation in systems processes, and SDLC. Research, investigate and recognize gaps and opportunities to enhance and streamline. Identify creative ways of reducing costs or increasing business efficiencies and/or effectiveness by either reengineering outdated or engineering new business processes. Excellent communication and formal presentation skills in order to present business cases, or status updates to working teams and management. Develop, collaborate and coordinate requirements and functional specifications for application development, enhancements, and testing. Successful at interfacing with various levels of individual contributors, analysts and management.
