Business Development Client Needs Analysis THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE Have at least 3+ years of IT Consulting, Sales, Marketing and Recruiting experience.  Must be result oriented and  able to work independently. Must have the ability to generate new leads, prospect, and perform a needs analysis. MUST be able to maintain existing clients and develop new business relationships with new clients.
