This position pays hourly PLUS Commission *** Successful reps can earn between $40-50K $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$   Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, aptitude to learn communication products and services, above average problem solving skills, ability to work independently without close supervision, self-motivation to achieve targets needed to attain monthly and quarterly goals, flexibility with work schedule, good decision-making skills, ability to provide high levels of customer service, be a team player with outgoing attention-getting sales prospecting personality, ability to interact positively with customers to offer sales solutions for communication needs, ability to use PC to facilitate inventory orders and billing set-up, ability to operate cash registers, POS System/Virtuoso/CBIS (billing systems) and ZON machine, ability to reconcile/balance cash registers and perform basic equipment programming, and ability to learn basic wireless equipment operation and programming. Education: High School degree or GED required. College degree preferred Experience: 6 months - 1 year of retail sales, customer service or telecommunications experience. Desired Qualifications: 1+ years of wireless communication experience in sales and customer service desired. Language: Bilingual (Spanish/Engilsh) skills a plus.
