Summary: Sales minded individual with the ability to be creative as well as persuasive when interacting with clients. Well organized and detail oriented in order to maintain multiple databases, email marketing, and assist in the creation and development of marketing campaigns. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Primary responsibility will be to build new customer base and retain current customer base in assigned territories. Secondary responsibilities are as follows: ? Assist in sales and marketing strategies of the business. ?Daily maintenance of current and new customer data. ? Review daily, weekly and monthly reports in various databases, create follow up lists based on report data. ? Assist in the creation and management of client action items (i.e. follow-up calls, sample shipments) ? Assist in the maintenance of record of sales, preparation of the inventory of stock, and order merchandise. ? Daily administrative duties (document preparation, filing, inventory, data entry) Qualification/requirement: ? Sales minded individual with previous boutique, retail or customer service experience. ? Ability to read and interpret documents such as department manual. ? Ability to speak effectively with customers, persuasively minded while utilizing good communication skills, and relationship building skills. ? Organized, detail oriented, and self-driven. Software Sales force, QuickBooks, and Microsoft office. Education/Training/Experience A recent graduate of a 4 year degree program, in the areas of marketing or textile.
