Description


Time Warner Cable?s Carolina Region Telesales department currently seeks a Full Time Representative, Inbound Telesales for their Morrisville, NC location. Please find below a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Shift: (Various full-time schedules, TBD) Must be flexible to work between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including possible weekends.

Location: Morrisville NC 27560

Purpose:
This position is primarily responsible for Inbound Sales Calls which will contribute to the Division?s customer growth in units sold and revenue attained.
This position is responsible for raising the Cable, High Speed Data, and Digital Telephone Sell-in percentages.
This representative will drive bundled packages sales which include Triple-Play and Double Play sales. This representative is responsible for increasing the sell-in percentages of all CORE products and maximizing the Division Revenue by increasing sell-in percentages.


Essential Job Functions:

Must be able to Sell Company products
Educates and becomes an expert on company products as well as competitive products
Articulates to customers the advantages of TWC products vs. competitive products
Educates and becomes an expert on all of TWC's campaigns
Executes Sales Calls which will result in maximizing sell-in percentages of combination packages at full revenue
Executes program initiatives to meet calling objectives and division program goals
Sells services to new customers and upgrades existing customers
Answers questions and provides assistance to potential and current customers
Attempts to convert competitive customers to Time Warner Cable Customers
Improves the Overall Customer Satisfaction Index Customer Service
Cooperates with co-workers
Responds politely to customers
Works as a member of a team
Accepts change in a productive manner
Performs other duties as assigned


Experience/Skills Required:

? Must have 6 months of Strong Sales Experience.
Computer literate.

? Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, sales skills, basic math, reading, writing and organizational skills and problem solving capabilities with strong initiative.

? Must have pleasant personality and telephone manner and have proven ability to work independently.

? Basic computer/keyboard knowledge is required; working knowledge of Excel a plus.

? High School diploma or equivalent.



COMMUNICATIONS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

REASONING ABILITY:
Intermediate Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written,oral,or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
