The company was founded in 1998 to find professionals to meet the staffing/recruiting needs specifically for staffing/recruiting companies. Our client, who has been a leader in the commercial staffing industry for almost 40 years with offices in almost 100 locations, is looking for a top producing sales athlete that is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and flexible for their Management in Training (MIT) program. Summary: The MIT program is an intensive 6-month program that will teach you the core duties of how to run a commercial staffing branch successfully. You will be mentored and taught by leaders that have an average of 25 years in the commercial staffing industry. You will be shown how to successfully grow branch revenue by correctly interacting with your current clients as well as how to identify prospective new clients and then how to capture that new business. You will be taught successful leadership skills for working with your branch employees so that they have the best chance to be successful sales people as well as strong customer service representatives. You will learn problem solving and conflict resolution skills for managing the daily contractors that work for your clients. You will be educated about all employment laws, workers compensation rules, and OSHA regulations at the local, state, and federal levels. You will also be taught cost center management which includes how to read and understand a branch P&L statement and how to project future branch revenue. Upon successful completion of your training program, you will be given your own branch to run. The company currently has almost 100 locations that stretch from Texas to the Florida coast. Qualifications: ? Must have 2 years of successful B2B commissioned sales experience. ? Leadership roles in student organizations, military, college, and/or professional athletics participation will be considered in lieu of sales or customer service experience. ? Ability to pass a background check. ? Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. ? No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years. ? Ability to pass a drug test. ? Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
