Description


Sally White & Associates is a well-established and trusted global relocation leader with more than 27 years? experience specializing in career and life transitions. We are expanding and have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic new business development account manager.

Individual will be responsible for global sales of Spousal/Partner Employment Assistance and Community Connection Research services tailored for the relocation industry as well as Outplacement services, from lead generation through close.

?Must be assertive, have an extroverted personality, be well-organized, have excellent communication skills, effective negotiation techniques and be self-motivated and a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
?Proven experience in selling professional services, solid presentation skills and ability to adapt to change.
?Demonstrates the ability to gather and develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on businesses, direct mail, email, and networking.
?Capable of carrying on a business conversation with decision makers and willingness to network at conferences and professional organization meetings.
?Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from competitors.
?Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base.
?Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
?Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems and solutions to their problems.
?Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities, including the use of Microsoft Outlook and SalesLogix to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
?Adheres to company policies, procedures and companies goals and ethics codes.
?Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
?Must have the willingness and flexibility to travel 50% of the time.
?Will work with the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
?Knowledge, experience with contacts within relocation industry a plus.
?College degree preferred.
