Bidding / Field Representative Innovative Bidding is a quickly expanding company that is looking for experienced salespeople in the Ft Worth, TX market. We are looking for people from the Ft Worth area who have work experience in any of the following areas [Construction Sales, Real Estate (Residential or Commercial) Sales or Property Management] and are interested in running their own business (with the support of Innovative Bidding's home office in St Paul, MN). Your duties as a Bidding / Field Representative: We assist you in finding leads with residential (homeowner), commercial (apartment, townhome, condo complex?s, etc.) and industrial (factory) properties that are in need of a construction, renovation or repair project. Your job is to create relationships with these contacts, present our service and assist the contractors in our network to win these projects. What we do: Innovative Bidding connects home owners, property owners and property managers with quality contractors for residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. Innovative Bidding has an extensive network of contractors around the U.S. that provide a multitude of services. Each qualified contractor provides Innovative Bidding with references, examples of work, and any additional information that may be useful. In addition to our internal screens (see below), we have also worked with many of the contractors in our network for several years. By using active contractors through Innovative Bidding our clients have access to contractors who are committed to their business and stand behind their services. How much can you make in this position? As with any sales job your income potential is unlimited (although, a six-figure annual income is attainable). You receive a residual monthly income from contractors in our network that you support and you also receive anywhere from a 25 to 50% payout on every project you close for one of our contractors (you also get full support from our home office in building your business in the Ft Worth area).
